Special Events
Are you hanging around the D.C. area this summer, and looking for something to do?
Here are some fun activities you can do with us! Put these on your calendar. We'll publish more details as each activity gets closer. (Don't forget...we can provide rides for you.)
Sunday, June 14 (1-4 PM) Would you like to spend some time on a farm right near the city? Come with us to Old Maryland Farm in Upper Marlboro, MD to visit with live farm animals (horses, cows, chickens, sheep, etc.) and meet the farm manager--he has a special connection to China! Friday, July 4 (4-10 PM) It's American Independence Day, and we will celebrate it in a classic American way...hot dogs, face painting, a moon bounce (f or the kids), basketball, soccer and badminton on the lawn. We'll walk down together to a wonderful fireworks display over the lake nearby at about 9 PM!
