Oral English Class

Would you like to improve your oral English?  An English professor who has often taught oral English to Chinese is offering a free in-person Oral English class to Chinese students, scholars, spouses, and other adult family members.

The aim of the class is to help your English sound more natural, as well as to give valuable opportunities for speaking practice.  This class is designed for Chinese who have not been in Iris’ classes before.  (But those who’ve been in her classes before and would like more thorough practice on the basic intonation patterns are also welcome.)

Class sessions: Typically, class begins with a short general session for instruction, and then students pair up for oral practice.

To get the most benefit, plan to come to each class.
